Innovative, revolutionary, attractive, amazing are only a few adjectives that describe the new rotating tower, soon to be built in Dubai (and afterwards in other destinations as Moscow and New York).
A challenge to all traditional architecture, seem to be the motto of the architect David Fisher.
The rotating tower has 80 floors and stands 420m high. Each apartment occupies one floor with an area of 120 m2, or a villa with 1200 m2 reserved for the top floors.
All apartments include private parking.
Each floor can rotate independtly in a dynamic and audacious manner and it hosts its own wind power generator allowing the development to be ecological autonomous.
This will be the first development of this kind to be built from pre-fabricated moulds.
